1. USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS

The fact of contracting the stay and its occupation has as a consequence the assumption of all the rules of use that are listed below. These rules are protected under the tourism guidelines that regulate tourist apartments for holiday use.

The company reserves the right of admission.

The company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR the objects and valuables left by the clients in the accommodation and communal areas. The client must safeguard their valuables.

2. ADMISSION CONDITIONS

All reservations done through this website are subject to the following conditions:

2.1 Statements:

The client states:

a)   Being of legal age and have the capacity to formalise the reservation, which means that they understand entirely all the conditions presented on this Website.

b)   That the information they provide when complete the reservation is reliable and complete.

c)    That they confirm the requested reservation, specially the dates of stay and number of persons/occupants.

d)   That they commit themselves to fulfil the rules of the touristic accommodation.

2.2 Website Access. Access to this website is the sole responsibility of the Client.

2.3 The clients / tenants of the accommodation, without exception, will be obliged to present the identification document (DNI / NIE / PASSPORT / IDENTITY CARD) at the time of their admission to the accommodation.

The access and / or permanence of people in the accommodation will be denied in the following cases:

3. CHECK-IN CONDITIONS

The accommodation will be delivered from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.

At the discretion of the company, it may be delivered before 4:00p.m. in case if the accommodation is fully prepared.

The keys to the accommodation must be collected at our offices, located at C / Salvador Dalí nº20 Local 1-4 C.C. Via Park I Orihuela Costa (Alicante), Monday to Friday from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. and Saturdays from 10.00a.m. to 2:00p.m. The company reserves the right to do not deliver the keys to the accommodation itself. On Saturdays and Sundays, out opening hours, the keys will be delivered to the accommodation with no additional cost.

Clients are kindly requested to inform about the approximate time of arrival, as well as notify us 30 minutes before arrival.

It is mandatory that the client / occupant of the reservation, fills in and signs the admission document which will specify, among other things, the services requested by the client. This document is considered a contract between both parts.

In case the client requires the keys to be delivered in the apartment itself, the service will have an additional cost of:

Delivery of keys to: 

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - € 30.00.
6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - € 40.00.
12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - € 50.00.

Amount to be paid in cash at the time of keys delivery.

4. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT

Departure from the accommodations will be between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to leave before 9:00 a.m., please let us know the day before.

Any delay that occurs in the departure without consent will cause a charge for the amount of one night depending on the season.

5. LEAVING THE ACCOMMODATION

The client will remove his garbage and leave the accommodation collected at least as he found it. At the moment of departure, the company staff will inspect the general conditions of the accommodation, as well as the inventory of belongings and linens in order to check its proper use.

THE RETURN OF KEYS:

Keys must be delivered at the end of the stay, at the scheduled departure time. The company will come to the accommodation to check its conditions and will proceed to receive the keys and return the deposit if applicable.

In the event that the client or the company cannot, for some reason, be present during the departure control, the company will carry out the post hoc review. Once the state of the accommodation and the equipment has been reviewed by the company, the deposit will be returned.

The return of the deposit will be made by the same payment method it that was done during the check-in/reservation.

6. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

In case of cancellation, a series of expenses will be applied depending on the advance notice with which it is notified. All expenses derived from it will be assumed by the client / occupant.

The percentages will be applied to the total cost of the stay and according to the following list:

In case of abandonment of the accommodation before the agreed between the two parties date, the total amount agreed for the stay will be charged, in respect of damages caused.

In case of special offers, these rules may be modified if so specified.

7. PRECAUTIONS

Customers are kindly requested to verify the status of the accommodation once arrived. If you find any defect or anomaly, please inform immediately the Agency, so that we can take the appropriate measures. No complaints will be accepted in the next days.

The accommodations are intended for tourist rental for vacation use. They are part of different communities of neighbours whose rules the tenants undertake to respect and comply with.

It is forbidden to hold or organize parties in the accommodations.

No more people than those specified by the client in the admission document can be accommodated in the apartment, this fact will be cause for expulsion.

The tenants undertake to maintain proper conduct to live in good relations with the neighbours, not to make noise inside or on the terrace of the apartment that could disturb the neighbours, as well as use the communal parts with care, especially in terms of noise and maintenance of facilities.

For safety reasons, by law and by fire prevention measure, smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire accommodation.

Pets or animals are not allowed.

Keep the accommodations clean.

Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the accommodation and the community; If there are breakages or damages, the expenses will be charged to the amount delivered as a deposit.

If you make use of the internet / Wi-Fi connection, you should know that the actions carried out during your stay in the apartment are your sole responsibility.

8. SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICES

The client who signs the admission document is responsible for the correct behaviour of all the people who accompany him. If this person or any of their companions do not behave in an appropriate and responsible manner during the stay, the company is authorized to ask the client and their companions to leave the accommodation immediately, without the client having any right to any type of compensation.

Close the door to your accommodation when you leave and try to open it again (without inserting the key) to ensure that it is properly closed, even if it is only for a short time.

Respect the areas in which the accommodations are located, during the night and nap hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.

Please use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture and gardens of the accommodation.

9. SECURITY

This website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user / client accepts that the provider obtains data in order to authenticate the access control.  Likewise, the information of your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of Banco Santander. Furthermore, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). If you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

10. MISCELLANEOUS 

The original Spanish version of the terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated versions. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Spanish version and any other language version of any these terms and conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.


Our main objective is that the client has a good vacation experience.

For this reason, if you find any deficiency, please let us know as soon as possible and during the stay in the accommodation, to give the opportunity to give you the best solutions. The owner will appreciate any suggestions you can offer us to make future stays more pleasant.
